Geoffrey Moyer: Director of Operations
Geoffrey was born in California but has resided in the Finger Lakes Region of New York for most of his life. During this time, he owned and operated various businesses for decades. He received his Business Administration and Accounting degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. Geoffrey’s experience encompasses 30 years in many aspects of real-estate commerce including land development, construction, design-build, maintenance, appraising, mortgage lending, property management, real-estate sales and re-habitation project management. He relocated to Jacksonville, FL and obtained his Florida CAM licenses in 2019. Now he specializes in community association management.
Amy Stringfellow: Director of Marketing and Sales
Amy was born in Moultrie, Georgia. She attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science and International Studies. Ms. Stringfellow began to pursue a degree in law but soon realized her calling was to be a teacher. She began her career in education as a Special Education teacher in Moultrie, Georgia. While teaching she attended Grand Canyon University and earned a Masters Degree in Secondary Education. After moving to Jacksonville, Florida she continued her career as a teacher and found a specialty area she considered a mission field, working with at-risk youth. Ms. Stringfellow worked in both the public and private education sector for 15 years before jumping into the new role of property management. She is currently pursuing a license to become a Certified Property Inspector.
